4. Exercise can be a very efficient headache pain relief – this is another excellent method to fight stress and hence a great method to stop a headache. The exercise could be rigorous, or just a plain walk. The point is to concentrate on relaxing and combine it with exercising your body.

5. Water – yes, you are reading correctly. There have been research studies, which have shown that a dehydrated body will experience blinding headaches. In order to stay optimally hydrated, you will need eight glasses of water per day. Develop the habit of drinking water often.
